The party begins today as Poland/Ukraine prepare for The 2012 European Championship!!!
Beginning June, 2 2012 The European Championship, aka. biggest international tournament in the World! (Behind the World Cup)
16 European nations will battle for the fame and glory as the best in Europe!
Based on many people opinions I understand if you're sitting there saying to yourself, "Why would I watch this "little soccer tournament.""I'll tell you exactly why! So give me your attention for a few minutes and let us embark on a quick preview of possibly the best Euro to this day!!
To begin, those previously mentioned 16 teams are broken down into 4 groups (A,B,C,D)
Lets go trough the groups and team included...
Group A
Czech Republic: Always with the wrong group at the wrong time...Not this time!! The Czech's can truly beat any team in the group, therefore they will advance! Sadly later in the tournament, a loss will come by Petr Cech's gloves!
Russia: Fantastic defensive team who has the potential to grasp their group's title but will need some help from striker Andrei Arshavinto in order to gain glory.
Poland: Home field advantage will not be enough to move the Poles onto the next round. Looks like they'll just watch from home.
Greece: Winners of the 2004 Euro and shockers of the world! Will they relive their glory days in this year's tourny'? Very doubtful...Group A's too good, means Greeks head home early!!
(Czechs and Russia advance)
Group B
Denmark: Future star in Christian Eriksen...that is all! Team Denmark doesn't leaves at group stages
Germany: A heavily favored team that's loaded with young attacking talent plus the great leadership of Bastian Schweinsteiger, who wants revenge on his club teams loss to Real Madrid. The Germans are the most likely favorite to take down Spain.

Netherlands: With strikers like Robin van Persie, Arjen Robben, and Wesley Sneijder.
Team Netherlands has enough weapons to get to the Final Four. (Unless its by penalties)
Portugal: A squad of talent that barely qualified for the tournament worries many, yet no matter who you are, you cannot stop Christiano Ronaldo, unless you are Germany or the Netherlands!
(Germany and Netherlands advance)
Group C
Ireland: Hand balls wont help them in this group.
Italy: 2006 World Cup winners, yet loss of talent will keep them from ultimate glory.
Croatia: Great talent in a growing team, but there's little chance that Slaven Bilic's band will rock the Euros like they did in 2008.
Spain: Can they win three major tournaments in a row and enter the pantheon of legendary teams? No!
A few sausage lovers will have something to do with that most likely.
(Spain and Italy advance)
Group D
Sweden: Overly reliant on football star Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who cant hold the team on his back, yet I believe they will clear the group stages. (Give England trouble)
England: Not a eye catching team, past their "prime" and likely not clear the group stages due to errors.
France: As talented and mercurial a team as exists in Europe, who could truly showcase their talents and "someday" make it back to the finals! (likely group winner.)
Ukraine: Qualified automatically as hosts, while holding a terrible record of friendlies, winning just 1/10.
Not a good sign for the co-hosts. Help us Andriy Shevchenko!
(Sweeden* and France advance)
To jump to more important predictions, A rematch of the last World Cup will take place in the semi-finals with Spain beating Netherlands once again. Stopping Robin van Persie will be an issue, yet Sergio Ramos will pull in from Puyol's absence. On the other side, Germany will beat little underdogs, France.
Setting the stage for the finals as Germany vs Spain. (Euro 2008)
Spain will play position football, yet they will not overcome the loss of Puyol and ultimatly give up a single goal to the unstoppable force of the Germans therefore dethroning the 2008 champs and preventing the Spanish from achiving 3 time glory.( Germany beats Spain: 2-1)
